Hope you all had a WONDERFUL weekend and for those of you that have off today .. well .. I am just JEALOUS!
Didn't have a horribly exciting weekend, because I had to wake up at the butt crack of dawn on Saturday for my clinical at the hospital. (HELLO 5:55 am, haven't seen you in well .. forever!)
So, thanks to the wonderful Stephanie (over at BEAUTIFUL mess) ... the BF and I have committed to the 30 day Yeast Free diet. And if you haven't checked out Steph's blog, please stop over there right ... NOW. And also check out her posts about the yeast free diet!
So we went to Whole Foods last night and bought a few staples :)
Must try this in a protein shake (as Steph suggests)
Almond Milk ... although I THINK we bought the wrong one!?
Is it supposed to be unsweetened, Steph?
Ehh ... I might have to make a grocery store run tonight!
Black Bean Chili
I actually already use this sugar because it tastes WAYY
better than Splenda or any other sweetener, well at least I think so.
These are actually quite good ...
(I opened the bag already and tried a few)
